7. Step Away from the Screen

Uninterrupted computer use has been associated with stress, lost sleep and depression in women, according to a study from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. So, make sure you step away from the screen everyone in awhile.

5. Put on Some Music

Classical music has the most soothing effect, slowing heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and even decreasing levels of stress hormones — any music that you love will flood your brain with feel-good hormones.

6. Back Away from the Phone

Putting your phone down has the same effects as stepping away from the computer.
